Write to hello@property-and-casualty-license.com when a P&C item looks wrong or a state fact has changed since we checked it.
What makes a report quick to act on
- The page address and the first few words of the item's stem.
- The option you believe is right, and the form and edition behind it, for example the 2011 HO-3, Section I Conditions.
- For a state fact: the state, and a link to the insurance department or vendor page that now says something different.
- Where you saw it: on this site or in the app.
What happens next
A reported item goes through the same checks as a new one: the form text first, then a blind solve. If it is wrong, it is corrected or taken down, and its option notes are rewritten with it. A changed state fact is re-read at the source and the page gets a new checked date.
Who does this work, and how, is on the about Named Peril page.
